Casas del Toqui Paredones DO Sauvignon Blanc

A future classic. Created from a tiny newly planted plot of land on chalky soils 5 km from the Pacific Ocean.

The wine has incredible finesse yet pure and intense offering a bright mineral laden note of sea salt and chalk. The fruits are ultra clean with a lean citrus backbone creating a very special Sauvignon Blanc indeed. 

Try with asparagus, white fish, chicken, goat's cheese or fragrant salads.
